MERF – the next evolution of our popular MERF (Mini Extendable Reverse Folding) Stand, built with the same compact design and now loaded with features made for the field.
Like the original, Location MERF is built with lightweight aluminum tubing and Matthews’s standard brake-lock system, providing a strong hold with 3-points of contact. Aluminum castings complete the strength of the riser column. It reaches a full 7’5″ (227cm) height yet folds down small enough to fit in a backpack or travel kit. T-Handles offer tool-free security, and the nuts-and-bolts construction means easy repairs. When paired with a 2.5″ Grip Head – flip the grip head receiver upside down so the handle bites into the pin undercut and you’re ready to roll.
