CODEX Compact Drives are designed to support the demands of creative professionals, keeping the internal high performance flash memory protected from mechanical damage and allowing heat dissipation into the camera cooling core. The drives are compatible with ALEXA Mini LF and ALEXA 35/ALEXA 35 Live cameras. You can choose from three options to read out the data. There also is a convenient USB-C reader that should live in every media accessory set, a lightning fast Thunderbolt reader and an adapter that allows customers, who already own a dock for an ALEXA SXT or ALEXA LF, to use their dock with the new generation of media.

A Thunderbolt-attached high speed dock for fast data transfer from a Compact Drive. Up to 2.5 GB/s read speed over Thunderbolt 3 and 1.2GB/s via Thunderbolt 2.
The dock can be used on macOS and Windows without additional software. Mac users have the option to install the free CODEX Device Manager software to enable on-the-fly High Density Encoding (HDE) of ARRIRAW footage.
Includes: Thunderbolt 3 cable, external power supply unit.

Note: Only accepts CODEX Compact Drives. Requires a Thunderbolt interface.
Compatible to Thunderbolt 2 via an Apple Thunderbolt 3/2 adapter. Not compatible to host computers offering only USB-C.
