ARRI Audio Extension Module AEM-1

The Audio Extension Module AEM-1 adds a high-quality audio interface and extra accessory power outputs to the ALEXA 35. Featuring two ultra-low noise microphone preamplifier channels, the AEM-1 mounts directly to the rear of the camera as an integrated electronic module. Selectable features include MIC/LINE input, 48V Phantom power, phase reversal, adjustable low-cut filter, gain and limiter. The AEM-1 also features an AES stereo digital audio input and a high-quality headphone amplifier.

Selectable features include MIC/LINE input, 48V Phantom power, phase reversal, adjustable low-cut filter, gain and limiter. The AEM-1 also features an AES stereo digital audio input and a high-quality headphone amplifier.

The Audio Breakout AB-7 is a passive adapter that converts the ARRI ALEXA 35’s Sonosax AEM-1 dual mini XLRs to two standard, full-size XLRs.

Breakout Box Side Mounting Bracket (ARRI 3/8-16), attaches via two M4 screws to the AB-7 and enables mounting via 3/8-16 screw with ARRI locating pins.
